Count My Age
No gym required, just your family and a bit of effort.
The intent is to help the family spend good time together by sweating together! Plus we’ll all get in a little shape. Please use modified positions just to complete the exercise if needed.
The Workout:
- One diamond pushup
- One sit up
- One wide hands pushup
- One jump squat
- Then everyone yells out the number “1”
- Repeat immediately, everyone does every exercise together and when you get the step 5 you progressively say the next number until you reach the older person working outs’ age!
